These terms and conditions apply to any booking made on the website for dated accommodation services. Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.

Service characteristics
The website allows users to book tourist accommodation for specific dates. The essential characteristics of the stay, availability, price and any options are presented before the booking is confirmed.
Booking
The customer checks the entered information before confirmation. The booking becomes final after payment confirmation, subject to the actual availability of the accommodation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided.
Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, unless otherwise stated. The applicable total price is displayed before booking confirmation and may include options, fees or taxes shown during the booking process.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms displayed during booking. It is secure and processed via Stripe. The booking may be refused or cancelled in case of failed, refused or abnormal payment.
Customer obligations
The customer undertakes to provide accurate information, respect the stay dates and conditions, the declared number of guests, the accommodation occupancy rules and the instructions provided before or during the stay.
Cancellation
The applicable cancellation conditions are those shown during booking or in the confirmation email. In case of cancellation by the customer, refundable amounts depend on the conditions displayed at the time of booking.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, dated accommodation services are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Liability
The professional is responsible for proper performance of the service under the conditions provided by law. Liability cannot be incurred in case of misuse of the website, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or an unforeseeable and irresistible act of a third party.
Force majeure
Neither party may be held liable for a failure resulting from a force majeure event under French law.
Complaints
Any complaint relating to a booking or stay must be sent by email with the information required to identify the relevant booking. A reply will be provided as soon as possible.
Disputes and mediation
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to seek an amicable solution by contacting the professional. Failing amicable resolution, a consumer customer may use a competent consumer mediator free of charge, where applicable.
